So How Does Our Shipping Work?

The Emporio.com works with third-party Companies & labs in the United States to source the coolest products at the prices that suit you.

This result is all our orders being shipped to you from the United States. Also, we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra peace of mind.

Our products often take 3-9 business days to arrive*. So no worrying if the product doesn't arrive the next day!

Most of the time, our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control! At this moment, we DO NOT ship worldwide, only United States.


We are pleased to offer FREE ground shipping to orders over $75 (excluding Hawaii and states not included below) within the U.S. on all products. If you have additional shipping questions, please send an email to support@theemporio.com.


Orders received before 2 PM EST on business days will be processed the same day. Any orders received after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day. The Emporio does not deliver to P.O. boxes at this time. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will ship the following business day.

To ensure that your order is shipped and delivered correctly, please ensure that your address is entered correctly before placing your order. This includes providing all relevant information, including abbreviations, street names, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable). All of these details are critical for ensuring safe delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered items if the address information provided to us is incorrect at the time of purchase.

We will only send reshipments for orders with incorrect addresses if the original shipment is marked returned-to-sender and sent back to our facility.

At this time, we offer shipping to the states listed below. To learn more about state regulations around CBD and why we may not be able to ship to your state.

• All orders are shipped via USPS.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not consider processing times or transit delays.

All orders are shipped via USPS and are fully traceable on our website. You can contact us or your local Courier Post branch if you have any questions regarding your shipment.

Estimated Processing Time:
Items processed from warehouses usually take 1-3 business days. 

Tracking:
You can track the status of your products on The Emporio Tracking Page once you receive the tracking number from us. A tracking number is generated once your item is shipped. You would receive the tracking number via email or SMS depending on your preferred mode of notification selected when placing an order.

RETURNS

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to support@theemporio.com.

You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe. 

Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into providing our Products, refunds will be given for UNOPENED AND SEALED products only within fourteen (14) days of the product received date. We want all our clients to be 100% satisfied.

To return your product, you should mail your product to 45 Doane Ave, Bellport, NY 11713.


You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We can't offer a refund or exchange after 14 days have gone by.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account.


Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
